We continue to monitor the situation surrounding COVID-19. To adhere to recent public health and government recommendations, we have updated our operations plan which is effective immediately and will remain in effect until further notice. Future updates to the operation plan will be added here.


Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, Mayor Hemphill has signed off on this Emergency Management Declaration with the intentions to stop the spread of the virus.

Monmouth County Clerk Hanlon has created a central webpage for official government notifications relating to closures, curfews, and updates about government operations in Monmouth County due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation.

NJDEP, Bureau of Sustainability is dedicated to providing public education on food waste reduction. This very important information for the public to consider can be followed on the NJDEPAQES Facebook page, which can be found at the above link.
